gnu: gnucash: Do not install gnc-fq-update.
This binary is used only for updating Finance::Quote from CPAN. That does not
make sense on Guix, so do not install it.
* gnu/packages/gnucash.scm (gnucash)[arguments]<#:phases>: Add
delete-gnc-fq-update.
