gnu: python-dendropy: Fix build.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-dendropy)[native-inputs]: Add
python-pytest.
[arguments]: Add phase 'python-compatibility; remove 'skip-broken-tests; add
#:test-flags; do not delete test files.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
