gnu: python-pycodestyle: Fix build with Python 3.7.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-pycodestyle-stdlib-tokenize-fix.patch: New
patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/python.scm (python-pycodestyle)[source]: Use it.
