gnu: eigen-for-tensorflow: Do not compile broken test.
* gnu/packages/algebra.scm (eigen-for-tensorflow)[arguments]: Add phase
'gcc-compatibility to avoid compiling the stddeque test, which doesn't work
with the current GCC.
[native-inputs]: Remove gcc-7.
