gnu: go-mvdan-cc-unparam: Swap inheritance.
Simplify both packages by swapping inheritance where final CLI command
package inherits from Go library.
* gnu/packages/golang.scm (go-mvdan-cc-unparam): Override unparam.
Swap inputs with propagated-inputs to cover future library use.
(unparam): Inherit from go-mvdan-cc-unparam
