reconfigure: Make ‘load-system-for-kexec’ errors non-fatal.
Partially fixes <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/75215>.
* guix/scripts/system/reconfigure.scm (load-system-for-kexec): Catch
exceptions in the gexp. Report them outside.
