gnu: python-deeptools: Update to 3.5.5.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-deeptools): Update to 3.5.5.
[build-system]: Replace by pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Add phase that fixes 'test/test_tools.py'.
