* s/usg5-4.h (ADDR_CORRECT): Remove, unused.
* unexaix.c (ADDR_CORRECT): Remove conditional, the only user
defines it.
* unexec.c (ADDR_CORRECT): Define unconditionally.
* m/ibmrs6000.h (C_SWITCH_MACHINE): Remove.
