* configure.ac (NULL_DEVICE, SEPCHAR, USER_FULL_NAME): Move here from src.
* src/editfns.c (USER_FULL_NAME):
* src/emacs.c (SEPCHAR):
* src/process.h (NULL_DEVICE): Let configure set them.
