* menu-bar.el (menu-bar-showhide-menu): Added speedbar.
(menu-bar-tools-menu): Removed speedbar.
* textmodes/ispell.el (ispell-menu-map): Added `customize-ispell'
and `flyspell-mode' entries.
* textmodes/flyspell.el (flyspell): Add to ispell group.
