(Calendar Customizing): Move view-diary-entries-initially,
view-calendar-holidays-initially, mark-diary-entries-in-calendar, mark-holidays-in-calendar to main Emacs Manual. (Appt Customizing): Merge entire section into main Emacs Manual.
