gnu: deeptools: Deprecate in favor of python-deeptools.
And make sure python-deeptools's tests are running.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-deeptools): Fetch source using git.
[native-inputs]: Add python-mock and python-nose.
(deeptools): Mark as deprecated.
