gnu: ffmpeg-4: Update to 4.4.5 [fixes CVE-2024-7055].
* gnu/packages/video.scm (ffmpeg-4): Update to 4.4.5.
* gnu/packages/patches/ffmpeg-remove-compressed_ten_bit_format.patch: Delete
file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): De-register it.
