gnu: python-loompy: Fix build.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-loompy)[build-system]: Use
pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove custom 'check phase; add phase 'numpy-compatibility.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-wheel.
