Merge branch 'version-0.1.4'0.1.4
- Update gnosis commentary & documentation
- Refactor note creation & review
Values for note types are not hard coded anymore, making gnosis easier
to extend & maintain.
- Apply suggestions from emacs-devel with a few adjustments
