[arguments]: Use gexps. [phases]{sanitize-sources}: New phase. {configure-sphinx-for-xelatex}: Likewise. {install}: Streamline. Also build and install the PDF and info manual. Enable parallel processing. [inputs]: Delete field. [propagated-inputs]: Remove texlive-updmap.cfg input.
